Top Floor Development is a concept created by owner and well-known local award-winning chef John Molnar.
The development/production kitchen was originally created to evolve the Cods Scallops by producing its daily salads, sauces and specials but has since evolved into a luxury dining space with a difference.
Chef Dan Burridge has joined the team offering a fresh approach and showcasing his incredible cooking style.
Having worked as Head Chef at Hart’s Nottingham for 11 years, Dan’s cooking skill and flair is well known in the city and beyond.
Dan says; “There is nothing else like this in Nottingham where diners can get up, close and personal. The scope for up here at Top Floor is huge and the potential is endless. I’m so excited to be running the kitchen with no boundaries - just exceptional produce and the freedom and creativity to cook what I want”
Dan’s kitchen team includes Sous Chef Daniel Bradford, who has worked for John Molnar for nearly 8 years.
This is a family business. John’s wife & Co-Director Helen manages the PR, Marketing and bookings.
